To make beef and pepper rice bowls, you'll need:
1 pound of thinly sliced beef
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup of uncooked white rice
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
To begin, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to the pan and swirl to coat. Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook until it is browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Add the bell peppers to the pan and cook until they are tender about 5-7 minutes. Add the rice, water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the pan and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the rice to simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the water has been absorbed and the rice is cooked through.
