How to check if Honey is Pure

Most of those are just tests for moisture content. Pure honey can be 18-22% moisture content, depending on environmental conditions when the honey was produced.  My 21% honey that I pulled from my own hives would fail most of those tests... Videos like this result in me having to refund money to my customers that purchased perfectly natural raw, unfiltered wildflower honey, but saw a video on YouTube that convinced them we sold them, fake honey.  Happens every year.
